The UPDICE EPSRC Programme Grant promotes an inclusive and equitable research environment, recognising the value of diversity within our team and collaborators.

Royal Society of Chemistry Inclusion and Diversity Fund
UPDICE co-Is Basile Curchod and Tom Oliver secured monies from the Inclusion and Diversity Fund of the Royal Society of Chemistry (£5,000) for a project entitled Catalysing Job Applications from Women in the Chemical Sciences. The aim of the small grant is to stimulate applications from women into PhD, postdoctoral and research fellow positions in Bristol Chemistry.

Athena Swan Charter
The UPDICE Programme Grant fully supports the Athena Swan charter to promote the careers of women in science. All partner Universities and departments are current Athena Swan Bronze or Silver award holders.
